The guest house has plenty of outdoor space;now with a latge HOT TUB, a summerhouse with a pool table and darts board. A raised patio area with chairs and table and lovely sea views, as well as a huge decking space that both kids and adults can enjoy. Children will also love the play area.... There is also ample parking space for many cars and caravans. The inside of T Gwyn Guest House is just as spacious. Downstairs you'll find a large and airy living room and dining room with views to the sea. Every bedroom has a remote control TV, ample storage space and an en-suite bathroom consisting of shower, toilet and sink. You'll never go hungry either as T Gwyn's owner is a trained chef. Being on the outskirts of Aberaeron, a walk into the town is just a few minutes away with all the amenities of the bustling and vibrant Georgian seaside resort. You'll find plenty of good restaurants and pubs as well as excellent facilities for the children. The Guest House is also perfectly located for exploring the national heritage coastline. PLEASE NOTE we do allow pets but the Guest House is strictly non smoking.
